Baked Protein Oats with Apple & Walnuts

Ingredients

·       1 cup rolled oats

·       1 cup milk

·       1 egg

·       1 apple, grated

·       2 tbsp walnuts, chopped

·       1 tsp cinnamon

·       1 tbsp maple syrup

Method

1.      Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.

2.      Mix all ingredients together until combined.

3.      Pour into the baking dish and spread evenly.

4.      Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.

To serve
