When is the best time to take this product?
Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health professional. It may be taken with or without food, at any time of the day, and at least 2 hours apart from prescription drugs.

There is 18.18 mg of concentrated Sage leaf extract within each capsule, which is equivalent to 309.06 mg of dried Sage leaf.
My hot flushes started earlier this year and became unbearable, I was getting up to 20 a day (including overnight) so I was desperate to find something that worked.
These are like my little miracle pill! I completely stopped having hot flushes after a couple of days. I'm on my 4th bottle and only now I'm starting to get one or two 'mild' hot flushes here and there.
But I'll definitely keep taking them! Have recommended them to so many people!

It has helped with hot flushes ( I’d get red faced ) & that has seriously reduced but it has caused constipation. Persisted as directed to the end of the bottle but it never improved. I was regular & never constipated prior to taking it.
Not going to continue.
