After about a year of taking qiara, and constantly battling with out of stocks (and the very high price), I'm so happy I found this brand. The tablets are so much more convenient than powder, more affordable, and I prefer that it includes more probiotics and vitamins than the competition. Interestingly I was speaking to a lactation consultant soon after I started using the Lifespace tablets and she said she recommends them too.

I take this probiotic as a preventative since I am prone to mastitis. Since taking I have not had any flareups. it?? a great cheaper alternative to the Qiara probiotic sachets, same active ingredient. very happy
