Ingredients

·       2 chicken breasts

·       2 cups broccoli florets

·       2 tbsp olive oil

·       2 garlic cloves, minced

·       Juice of 1 lemon

·       2 tbsp sliced almonds

·       Salt & pepper

Method

1.      Season chicken with garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

2.      Cook in olive oil for around 8 minutes per side until cooked through.

3.      Steam broccoli until just tender, then sprinkle with almonds.

4.      Serve chicken alongside broccoli, spooning over any remaining pan juices.
