What is the best time for taking this?
Probiotics can be taken at any time of day, before or with a meal. If you are also taking antibiotics, it is recommended to take probiotics at least 2 hours away from the antibiotics.

B420 refers to Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis 420, a key probiotic strain in this product. It has been used in research and clinical studies.
Can Shape B420 be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Shape B420 can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, this product is not specifically formulated for these life-stages. If you are breastfeeding, the Breastfeeding Probiotic will be a suitable product.
Why are there 4 dessicant cylinders in Shape B420 instead of 3 like the other products?
Shape B420 contains an additional dessicant cylinder to enhance the storage condition of this product as it contains a probiotic strain that is more sensitive to humidity.
I’ve no idea if this stuff really does anything but what I have noticed is that my gut is far more stable and predictable. I also have more energy. The is also the best priced form of this supplement anywhere and the delivery to the UK was excellent.
