Shape B420 works very well for me and I have been using it for about 2 to 3 years by now. Despite eating a lot , my weight is more or less maintained and I don’t get any constipation. I’ve no idea if this stuff really does anything but what I have noticed is that my gut is far more stable and predictable. I also have more energy. The is also the best priced form of this supplement anywhere and the delivery to the UK was excellent.

Great probiotic. This is a great brand and I've used some of the others before but I have been taking this one for several weeks now and it's really helping me.
